| Cementious Injection Grouting |
 Drilling of holes with the help of electric hammer or manually (as per site condition) drills 10 to 12 mm dia at the spacing of I mt,10 mm (4) deep – extra holes to be provided as per site condition (construction joints)- Fixing of nipples with cement mortar admixed with cebex 100 (non-shrinkage chemical) and renderoc plug.
- Pressure cleaning of holes with water to remove undesirable materials from the holes ,if any.
- Pressure grouting cement slurry admixed with cebex 100 with aid of 140 PSI grout pump into the nipples uptil refusal.
- Removal of nipples and blocking the holes with cement mortar admixed with cebex 100 and renderoc plug.
